​Hello,
My name is Renata (Heh-nah-tah)
​I am here on this planet to be an expression of my soul and to be in my body with love and awareness.
To be true to myself, sharing my voice, my gifts, my being-ness, learning through life experiences and upgrades in consciousness.

I received my Reiki training in the Usui-Tibetan system, completing the Master Level in 2014. My Reiki practice opened a gateway for me to start developing my psychic abilities, and inspired me to explore other practices that promote wellbeing and inner guidance, such as Shamanic work, Clairvoyance, Card Reading, communion with Nature and Chanting to the Divine.
I have appreciation and gratitude to all the teachers on my path.

My view on personal journeys

​We all have our own beliefs and experiences that shaped us into who we are today. As energy beings expressing through a physical body we are here to create and co-create our experiences, to tune into higher consciousness to help us navigate this world, to remember that we are worth it as we are and we don't have to justify our existence.
As multi-dimensional beings, we are naturally expanding and the Cosmic plan is supporting us as we choose to support ourselves.
With so much conditioning that many of us experience through out our lives, I find that the inner work/inner play is essential for us to be more in touch with the essence of who we are. And to remember our connection to the higher mind and become aware of our essence can be a journey in itself.
I see the value of noticing our emotions, being present with them without judging them; sometimes we will sit with the discomfort - letting it be, giving it space to express itself if needed, without forcing it or want it to happen in a certain way.
Coming home to ourselves is a process unique to each of us, and it can be affected by our strongest beliefs and our daily explorations.
