Hello, My name is Renata (Heh-nah-tah) I am here on this planet to be an expression of my soul and to be in my body with love and awareness. To be true to myself, sharing my voice, my gifts, my being-ness, learning through life experiences and upgrades in consciousness.
Since my childhood I've been participating in spiritual rituals, meditation practices, mediumship gatherings, and expressing myself through various art forms. In grad school I studied Computer Science, and that led me to an opportunity to relocate abroad, to explore and discover many of my interests. I started my Reiki training in 2013 in the Usui-Tibetan system (Levels I and II) and completed the ART/Master Level in 2014. My Reiki practice opened a gateway for me to start developing my psychic abilities, and inspired me to explore other practices that promote wellbeing and inner guidance, such as Shamanic work, Clairvoyance, Card Reading, communion with Nature and Chanting to the Divine (@bhaktiweavers). I intend to weave the on-going teachings received and being an open channel for the ways my gifts want to come through. "Thank you" to all the teachers on my journey.
I see life as an eternal dance of expansion; the expansion sometimes comes with ease, and sometimes it feels messy and challenging. I believe we can learn from contrast and experiences, and for me the daily inner and outer explorations help me to keep coming back to myself and to follow what feels inspiring to me. 💗 Cheers!
My view on personal journeys
We all have our own stories and experiences that shaped us into who we are today. As energy beings expressing through a physical body we are here to create and co-create our experiences, to tune into higher consciousness to help us navigate this world, to remember that we are worth it as we are and we don't have to justify our existence. As multi-dimensional beings, we are naturally expanding and the Cosmic plan is supporting us as we seek re-lief from our pains and to re-member our ability to feel alive and whole. With so much conditioning that many of us experience through our lives, I find that the inner work/inner play is essential for us to be more in touch with the essence of who we are. And to even realize our essence can be a journey in itself. I see the value of noticing our emotions, being present with them without judging them; sometimes we will sit with the discomfort - letting it be, giving it space to express itself if needed, without forcing it or want it to happen in a certain way. Coming home to ourselves is a process unique to each of us, and it can be affected by our strongest beliefs and our daily explorations. Remember to honor yourself and your unique path. Renata
