Transformation can take time; there is so much happening behind the scenes. It's like weaving a web, there are all these little pieces that make it come together. We could keep working on those pieces not being completely obsessed with the whole picture or with the results.
The phases in our lives are like waves, in them we will experience ups and downs, ebb and flow. Each cycle has its own rhythm. Faith is key. When we plant a seed, we don't dig the dirt everyday to see if the plant is growing. Knowing has very much to do with planting the seed and nurturing it without doubting its growth.

On August 11th I was a guest on Reiki Radio and talked about my journey with Reiki so far.
I am very grateful to my teacher Yolanda (Yew Chi Wellness) and honored to have been invited to her podcast, which I have been following for the past few years. My spiritual practices have had a strong influence in my life, helping me not only in the process of self-discovery but also of self-love. I hope you enjoy it :-) Love to you all.
In this audio track I talk about using self-expression as a way to connect with the part of ourselves that help us experience inner peace, and discover more about ourselves and what brings us joy.
Expressing something without being so attached to the outcome, or attached to who is going to listen to it or read it. It's really more about YOU. YOU expressing yourself, YOU finding your own channels that allow YOU to discover who you are. When you find the alignment with who you are, when you are open to new experiences, when you are open to experiencing love - love for yourself, love for others, when you are open to feel joy, then you are living your purpose, no matter what form that takes.
In this episode I talk about the importance of gratitude in our lives, not just when everything is going well, but especially when things are not going so well, when we feel stuck or frustrated with a situation or circumstances in our lives.
People who regularly practice gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect upon the things they are thankful for, tend to experience more positive emotions, to feel more alive and to sleep better. |
