In this audio I talk about cultivating the feeling of having enough and the practice of adjusting our thoughts to feel more joy and gratitude.
Gratitude is an important ingredient in our lives, whether we are going through difficult times or enjoying the good times. There is no right time and place to practice it. If you’re having a difficult day, allow yourself to take a break, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, experiment thinking about one thing or one person you’re grateful for and why. See how that feels for you.
In this audio I talk about the beneficial energies of movement and transformation that are available to us. Enjoy!
The past few months have been intense and transformational, perhaps emotionally difficult to handle for many of us. The energies are always shifting, and we can use that in our favor to transmute some of the emotional heaviness and embrace the changes that are unfolding.
In this track I talk about the inner shifts and inner changes that some of us are experiencing (or experience from time to time) and the importance of embracing them and giving space for a new awareness.
Thank you to all the followers, clients and healers that are part of this community.
Here is the audio with my message for the end of 2016. Remember to stay in the light, and be the light.
How do you face and deal with difficult situations?
In this audio, I share the importance of focusing on the solution, on what is beneficial, on what is positive, on what you can do, so that you allow yourself to see the situation from a different perspective, to learn and grow through the process.
Last Wednesday (Sept 7th) I had the honor to be a guest on Golden Rose Psych Radio where Dr. Lauren and I talked about Reiki and Clairvoyance.
Transformation can take time; there is so much happening behind the scenes. It's like weaving a web, there are all these little pieces that make it come together. We could keep working on those pieces not being completely obsessed with the whole picture or with the results.
The phases in our lives are like waves, in them we will experience ups and downs, ebb and flow. Each cycle has its own rhythm.
Faith is key. When we plant a seed, we don't dig the dirt everyday to see if the plant is growing. Knowing has very much to do with planting the seed and nurturing it without doubting its growth.
On August 11th I was a guest on Reiki Radio and talked about my journey with Reiki so far.
I am very grateful to my teacher Yolanda (Yew Chi Wellness) and honored to have been invited to her podcast, which I have been following for the past few years.
My spiritual practices have had a strong influence in my life, helping me not only in the process of self-discovery but also of self-love.
I hope you enjoy it :-)
Love to you all.
