Knowing & Transformation

Transformation can take time; there is so much happening behind the scenes. It's like weaving a web, there are all these little pieces that make it come together. We could keep working on those pieces not being completely obsessed with the whole picture or with the results.

There are phases in our lives that are like waves, with ups and downs. The cycle requires movement, and while we are in that cycle we will experience the ups and downs, like a tide that ebbs and flows.
Faith is key. When we plant a seed, we don't dig the dirt everyday to see if the plant is growing. Knowing has very much to do with planting the seed and nurturing it without doubting its growth.
