 Looking mostly at the tragedies happening around the world, the media tends to focus on their best interest and the point of view of those who run it. Fear-mongering does nothing good for our lives, wether individually or collectively. It creates despair, hate, desire for vengeance. How would you end hate if you promote more hate? How would you end war if you support more bombing? It would take a lot work to change the collective mind, and it also takes work to change our own individual minds. However you can't change the collective if you don't do the work at the individual level first. That means we have to choose to look within and take responsibility for our own actions, for our own thoughts and what we focus on. Don't look for peace only outside yourself, allow it to start within yourself. Allowing ourselves to do the work at the individual level is also a choice.

This past Saturday, on Halloween day, we had our first Reiki Share meet-up in San Diego.
Reiki Practitioners had the chance to give and receive Reiki and we had attendees that came to experience Reiki for the first time. The event turned out great and the energy there was wonderful, soothing and healing. Thank you to every one that attended and special thanks to the co-hosts/Reiki Masters.
