Dance to life

A flock of birds fly in the sky, in unison they dance to life. 
A butterfly flutters by, the present moment is its muse.
You may seek joy in the extraordinary, 
But don’t miss it in the ordinary.
Look around and be amused,
Find a reason to feel enthused;
More focus on appreciation
less time given to frustration.
Forgive yourself for your mistakes,
Learn from the experiences for your own sake.
When you feel that life is tasting sour,
Step away and go to happy hour
Or seek delight in a hot shower,
Just don’t give away your inner power.
