Mandalas on the beach sand

Today I drew sand mandalas on the beach to practice being present and releasing stories.

I allow myself to play
and watch the ocean waves
wash the drawings away. 
Embracing creativity and flow
I welcome my new skin that wants to glow.
I pray in gratitude 
for the beautiful transformation within
as I shed my old skin.
Releasing the past and letting go
what I no longer need I shall forgo.
