An interview with guest don Miguel Ruiz Jr on Guy's Guy Radio.
Full of beautiful insights and inspiration.
I wish for you...
moments of inner peace
moments of joy
moments of connection with your essence
quiet moments for appreciation and reflection
moments to dream about your deepest desires
moments of clarity about your next step
moments of comfort in faith that your path is unfolding perfectly well.
Happy Solstice! Happy holy-days!
Tuning into myself.
Not resisting. Not competing.
Inviting clarity, satisfaction, joy.
Blessing the moment.
Trusting the higher power.
Noticing the thoughts I am entertaining.
Noticing when they feel good and inviting more of them.
Noticing when they don't feel good and learning
to let them pass or redirect them.
Everything on the path is the path.
With the twists and turns, life feels rich.
I am choosing alignment...
alignment feels like love,
it feels like satisfaction.
My power is in the now.
Not yesterday, not tomorrow.
I choose love over fear.
Connection over rejection.
Authenticity, Intention, Inspired attitude,
Creativity, Discoveries, Gratitude, Faith.
They support my wellbeing.
Remembering my worth, my place in the cosmic plan.
Here I am...
Alive. Blessing this moment.

I would like to invite you to take a few moments to reflect and look at the beliefs you have about yourself. Perhaps this will require more than just a few moments, since we are talking about ingrained beliefs, but notice what comes up when you answer this question:
Do you feel that you are enough the way you are, or do you feel like you always have to prove something to others in order to feel worthy?
We are conditioned by our environment that we are not good enough the way we are, that we always need to know more, that we need to do more, that we have to perform in a certain way in order to have value.
Isn't it insane to live our lives with this belief?
This feeling of not being enough can spill into our personal relationships and our choice of work/jobs. The pressure that we always need to know what we’re doing next and what we’re doing with our lives can be very limiting to our expression and block us from living in flow.
Sometimes we just have to sit with the unknown. It doesn't mean giving up on our dreams and desires, but simply being open to how it will come about.
We also don't need anyone's approval to feel whole, to feel enough and worthy.
We can choose to see ourselves in our wholeness, and that is a practice. It means that we might need to ignore other people's opinions and perceptions about who we are and what we should be.
This past month I spent many many hours communing with nature - walking on the beach, watching the waves, the birds, smelling the flowers and touching trees. These solo moments in nature allow me to just be, as I observe its perfection and contemplate the sweetness of life. It’s especially helpful when I am going through something challenging and need to feel more balanced and replenished. To me, nature is medicine.
If you feel inspired, I encourage you to take a moment for yourself (daily) to contemplate being enough and truly give yourself permission to feel it, to remember your essence.
Don't wait for anyone’s validation or understanding of who you are.
The universe adores you but it cannot yield to you differently than how you feel about yourself.
You are enough.
My grandfather used to whistle songs everyday, when he was working on his crafts or coming home from the farmers market. That's a sweet memory I have of him.
I often feel his loving presence with me and then I whistle a song to lighten up and feel joy, or to soothe myself in a difficult moment.♥
Watching birds play in nature also reminds me we can start a new day with a song, no matter what yesterday was like. 🎶🎶
I listen to the birds
They tell me magical stories
I listen to the ocean waves
They soothe my heart
I listen to the wind blowing
It brings relief to my troubles
I listen to the fire crackling
It nurtures my dreams
I listen to the earth
It teaches me appreciation
By being open to a new awareness
Life shows me the way
In my shadow I see my own light
In my weakness I recognize my strength
In my quarrels, I learn compassion for myself and others
In communion with myself and nature, I see my own magic, my wholeness, the reflection of my soul.
Transformation allows for the birth of the new.
A new awareness. A new situation. A new dream. And that newness is the expansion of our inner being, which can sometimes feel like a death and rebirth of ourselves.
This rebirth doesn't necessarily mean pushing against the old and resisting it. I am finding that I can ease into the newness by finding appreciation for what is, while being open to what is more in alignment with who I am becoming.
The path is unfolding. We have to believe it to see it. Surrendering to the flow of life that knows exactly where we want to go and where we need to be.
Surrender can be experienced in resting, meditating, napping, breathing, taking a relaxing walk, painting, lying on the grass, observing nature...
Some days trusting the unfolding of life can feel challenging, but it might also be the path of least resistance.
A new poem with a beat ! :-)
May the past be put to rest
I see its gifts, it was not a test
In the present I do my best
I plant (and water) the seeds of what I want to manifest
I can raise my vibration again (and again)
Even and especially when I feel the pain
The contrasts were not in vain
I own how I feel, no one to blame
My inner being knows my path
Sometimes I cry, sometimes I laugh
My emotions are my guiding system
All I have to do is to "listen"
I feel the wind, I feel the grass
I dance and honor my body’s inner compass
I sing with birds, I touch a tree
I'll cast no shadows, we are here to be free
I follow my own rhythm,
Love and joy give me freedom
I shape my reality with my beliefs
Sometimes I attract a storm, sometimes a breeze
It matters the Energy that we vibrate
That's how we create
This world is our playground
We all can make our own sound
I've got nothing to win or to lose
I am here to create my own muse
Happiness and worthiness are my birthright
May we all shine our own inner light.
